The Vice President of Development and External Relations will lead the People's Health Clinic's efforts to build a sustainable and thriving culture of philanthropy while ensuring that the story and impact of the clinic are communicated clearly, authentically, and powerfully to donors, partners, and the broader community. This role is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive fundraising strategy that moves the organization toward a relationship-based model of philanthropy, with a particular focus on individual giving, major gifts, grants, and long-term donor partnerships. A key objective of this role is to double philanthropic revenue over the next five years, positioning the clinic for expanded impact and long-term sustainability. In addition to fundraising leadership, this role will guide the clinic's external communications with donors and stakeholders, ensuring that the clinic's impact is conveyed through compelling storytelling and thoughtful impact reporting. Working closely with the Chief Executive Officer, the Board of Trustees, and in a collaborative partnership with the Board's Development Committee, the Vice President will help position the People's Health Clinic for sustained philanthropic growth and deeper engagement with the community it serves.
