About The Position

We are seeking a Vice President of Corporate Development to help drive growth for a private equity-backed healthcare organization focused on infusion therapy, specialty pharmacy, physician practice management, and related healthcare services. This is a high-impact corporate development role focused on identifying and evaluating strategic opportunities, supporting transaction execution, and helping create enterprise value across the business.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in corporate development, M&A, private equity, investment banking, healthcare services, or a related strategic role
  • Demonstrated experience evaluating, structuring, and supporting transaction execution
  • Strong financial modeling, valuation, market analysis, and executive presentation skills
  • Experience partnering with private equity sponsors, lenders, legal counsel, advisors, and operational leaders
  • Healthcare services experience strongly preferred
  • Experience in infusion therapy, specialty pharmacy, physician practice management, ambulatory care, or provider-based healthcare platforms highly desirable

Responsibilities

  • Identify, assess, and prioritize acquisition, investment, joint venture, and strategic transaction opportunities across healthcare services.
  • Develop financial models, valuation analyses, investment theses, business cases, risk assessments, and executive-level presentations.
  • Partner with executive leadership, private equity sponsors, legal counsel, lenders, advisors, and internal teams throughout the transaction lifecycle.
  • Lead financial, operational, commercial, regulatory, and strategic diligence processes to support informed investment decisions.
  • Collaborate with executive and operational leaders on integration planning, synergy identification, performance tracking, and post-transaction value creation.
  • Provide strategic analysis for non-M&A operational initiatives, including market evaluation, business planning, capital allocation, and enterprise decision-making.
  • Track healthcare market trends, competitive activity, reimbursement developments, regulatory changes, capital markets, and emerging investment opportunities.
