About The Position

Develop and execute a cohesive commercial strategy across three distinct market segments: appliance, heavy truck, and automotive. Own customer relationships with key OEM and Tier 1 suppliers; serve as the senior point of contact for commercial negotiations, pricing, program awards, and issue resolution. Lead and develop a high-performing sales organization, including account management, business development, and application engineering support. Collaborate with global product and operations teams to support profitable growth, margin optimization, and long-range planning. Maintain a pulse on market trends, competitive positioning, and future technologies to inform product and business strategy. Drive disciplined sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting. Assessing and optimizing the structure of the commercial organization to meet short- and long-term business needs. Develop annual business plan for target customers, including detailed action plans. Communicate closely with the customer, engineering, and inside sales from quoting through APQP and launch of new Work closely and communicate regularly with senior managers to ensure that the goals, objectives, and interests of the organization are consistent with the overall business strategy. Participate in strategic and long-term planning. Develop a knowledge of AmTrim’s products and technology capabilities.

Requirements

  • Experience in commercial strategy development and execution.
  • Experience managing customer relationships with OEM and Tier 1 suppliers.
  • Experience in commercial negotiations, pricing, program awards, and issue resolution.
  • Experience leading and developing sales organizations (account management, business development, application engineering support).
