About The Position

Vice President of Clinical Operations Reserve Health | Charlotte, NC (Corporate + Field-Based) About Reserve Health Reserve Health is a multi-service medical practice delivering care across correctional healthcare, occupational health (first responders), outpatient mental health, and primary care. We are committed to delivering high-quality, compliant, and patient-centered care across diverse and complex environments. Position Overview We are seeking a Vice President of Clinical Operations to serve as the clinical leader of the organization. This role operates in a dyad partnership with the VP of Business Operations, ensuring alignment between clinical excellence and operational performance. You will be responsible for clinical quality, patient safety, provider performance, and regulatory compliance across all service lines.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Nursing, PA Studies, or related clinical field
  • Active, unrestricted clinical license in North Carolina (RN, NP, or PA)
  • 8+ years of healthcare experience with progressive leadership responsibility
  • Must be able to travel to clinics for on-site clinical supervision and support.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and oversee clinical standards, protocols, and SOPs
  • Ensure consistency and quality of care across all locations
  • Lead hiring of clinical staff, including Medical Directors and providers
  • Oversee credentialing and clinical performance management
  • Ensure compliance with NCCHC, state, and federal regulations
  • Lead clinical incident investigations and Root Cause Analysis
  • Co-lead HIPAA/privacy program
  • Maintain strong field presence (60–70%)
  • Conduct clinical audits, chart reviews, and staff coaching
  • Oversee clinical onboarding and competency-based training
  • Drive adherence to protocols and standards of care
