About The Position

The Vice President, Marketing Strategy & Solutions provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for Synergent’s Corporate Marketing, Maine Credit Union League Credit Union Awareness initiatives, and Marketing Solutions business. This role advances Synergent’s brand, market visibility, outbound marketing, growth campaigns, organizational messaging, and strategic communications while leading Marketing Solutions as a revenue-generating business that delivers measurable value to credit union partners. Working with executive leadership, internal departments, League leadership, credit union partners, and strategic vendors, the Vice President leads proactive, relationship-focused, measurable, and scalable marketing strategies. The role establishes clear priorities, coordinated planning, strong communication, and dependable execution across corporate campaigns, awareness initiatives, recurring programs, and custom credit union work. The Vice President builds a connected marketing organization through shared knowledge, practical standards, effective tools, strategic partnerships, and strong team capability. As a people leader, the Vice President embeds Service Maturity and Scaling the Unscalable into the team’s culture, expectations, development, and delivery model so the organization can grow in volume, complexity, and revenue while continuing to strengthen high-quality service and trusted credit union relationships.
