Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, the Vice President of Marketing & Communications is a market-facing enterprise leader responsible for shaping and executing Availity’s modern, data-driven marketing and communications strategy to accelerate growth, strengthen category leadership, and deliver measurable business impact. This leader will elevate marketing into a true growth engine—powered by data, intelligent automation, and deep customer insight—to drive pipeline, revenue, and brand differentiation. They will champion innovation, continuously reimagining how marketing works to increase speed, precision, and scalability across the organization. The VP will build and lead a high-performing, creative, and accountable team; foster a culture of continuous learning and talent development; and balance bold, visionary thinking with disciplined execution. They will also ensure Availity shows up in the market with a clear, credible, and consistent voice that earns trust and amplifies our leadership.
