The Vice President will oversee all HR functions, focusing on attracting, developing, and retaining a skilled workforce to ensure exceptional patient care. Key responsibilities include leading enterprise workforce planning, addressing talent challenges, enhancing recruitment and retention, and building talent pipelines. The position also involves strategic oversight of total rewards (compensation, benefits, recognition), leadership development, and succession planning. Reporting directly to the President and CEO, this role serves as a trusted advisor on workforce matters and contributes to executive decision-making. The Vice President will lead a team of HR professionals across talent acquisition, total rewards, employee relations, employee health, organizational development, and HR operations.
