About The Position

The Vice President, Human Resources, Nutrition will lead the global people strategy for its Nutrition business, one of the company's most dynamic and innovation-driven growth platforms. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this executive will partner closely with the President and senior leadership team of Nutrition to accelerate business growth through talent, leadership, culture, and organizational effectiveness. The Nutrition business operates in a highly competitive and rapidly evolving marketplace, requiring a people strategy that supports innovation, customer-centricity, scientific expertise, commercial excellence, and global growth. The Vice President, Human Resources will ensure the organization has the leadership capabilities, workforce strategies, and organizational agility needed to achieve its ambitious growth agenda. This leader will work in close partnership with a team of Global HR professionals, ADM's Centers of Excellence, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, HR Technology, and Employee Relations, to deliver integrated and scalable HR solutions supporting employees across commercial, innovation, manufacturing, supply chain, and functional organizations.

Requirements

  • 15+ Years of experience as a leader and HR Business Partner supporting a global business unit.
  • Strong commitment to performance and accountability; has track record of establishing strategy, annual plans and goals, and individual goal setting.
  • Change management experience.
  • Experience with Organizational Design and Organizational Effectiveness.
  • Experience supporting a growing business and or division.
  • Seasoned leader with the gravitas and credibility to partner with senior executives; has demonstrated influence skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work successfully in complex matrix organizations with multiple stakeholders, internally and externally.
  • Proactively builds relationships in HR and business.
  • Strategic business partner and thought leader.
  • Track record of commitment to effective, full and timely communication, especially in a fast-moving growth environment.
  • Superior written and verbal communications skills across multiple levels, including senior leaders.
  • Responsive and client centric with a strong desire to deliver to customers.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field required.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the President, Nutrition, and the business leadership team on matters related to talent, organizational effectiveness, culture, workforce planning, and leadership development.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive global people strategy aligned with the business's short- and long-term objectives.
  • Translate business priorities into actionable organizational and talent initiatives that drive performance and support growth.
  • Provide thought leadership on workforce trends, talent markets, and the future of work to help shape business strategy and decision-making.
  • Lead integrated talent strategies, including succession planning, leadership development, workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention initiatives.
  • Ensure a strong and diverse leadership pipeline through effective identification, development, and deployment of talent.
  • Lead organizational design, change management, and transformation initiatives that improve agility, effectiveness, and business performance.
  • Evaluate organizational structures, capabilities, and processes to ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Drive initiatives that enhance leadership effectiveness, accountability, collaboration, and innovation across the organization.
  • Support the business through periods of growth, transformation, integration, restructuring, or other significant organizational change.
  • Own the people and culture agenda for the Nutrition Business, fostering an inclusive, values-based, and high-performing work environment.
  • Partner with leaders to strengthen employee engagement and reinforce ADM's culture and leadership expectations.
  • Drive initiatives that promote inclusion, belonging, employee well-being, and organizational trust.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing global HR team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Advance the strategic impact of the HR function by strengthening business partnership, organizational consulting capabilities, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate effectively with HR Centers of Excellence to ensure alignment and execution of enterprise-wide HR priorities.
  • Balance global consistency with regional and local market requirements in the design and implementation of HR programs and practices.
  • Leverage people analytics, workforce insights, and organizational metrics to inform decisions and measure impact.
  • Utilize HR technology, AI, data, and analytics to support strategic workforce planning and business decision-making.

  • Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
  • Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
