The position is a key member of the Regional Leadership Team, contributing to overall business strategy. The role also focuses on Organizational Effectiveness & Transformation, acting as a change agent for development, restructuring, and transformation initiatives. HR Operations & Service Excellence involves overseeing all HR functions including talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, employee relations, training, and payroll, ensuring consistent service delivery and alignment with global policies. Employee & Labor Relations includes leading and resolving complex matters, negotiating with employee representative groups, and ensuring legal compliance. The Talent & Reward Strategy component involves reviewing salary structures, career frameworks, and strengthening talent pipelines.
