This role serves as a Strategic Leader for HR in the Americas region, developing and implementing HR strategies in alignment with global HR and regional business leadership. The position is a key member of the Regional Leadership Team, contributing to overall business strategy. The role also focuses on Organizational Effectiveness & Transformation, acting as a change agent for development, restructuring, and transformation initiatives. HR Operations & Service Excellence involves overseeing all HR functions including talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, employee relations, training, and payroll, ensuring consistent service delivery and alignment with global policies. Employee & Labor Relations includes leading and resolving complex matters, negotiating with employee representative groups, and ensuring legal compliance. The Talent & Reward Strategy component involves reviewing salary structures, career frameworks, and strengthening talent pipelines.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of proven senior HR leadership experience within a multinational organization, ideally in both corporate and manufacturing environments
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive business-aligned HR strategies
  • Strong expertise in organizational transformation, labor relations, and change management
  • Deep understanding of U.S. and regional labor laws and HR compliance requirements
  • A balanced approach to both strategic leadership and operational execution
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the HR strategy for the Americas region in close alignment with global HR and regional business leadership
  • Serve as a key member of the Regional Leadership Team, contributing to overall business strategy and decision-making
  • Align HR initiatives with organizational goals to drive sustainable business success
  • Act as a change agent, leading organizational development, restructuring, and transformation initiatives
  • Provide strategic direction on performance management and talent development
  • Support regional footprint strategy including workforce planning, relocations, and structural changes
  • Oversee all HR functions including talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, employee relations, training, and payroll
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality HR services across all locations in the Americas
  • Drive standardization and alignment with global HR policies, programs, and processes
  • Lead and resolve complex employee and labor relations matters during periods of change
  • Serve as a trusted partner and lead negotiator with employee representative groups
  • Ensure compliance with all federal and state employment laws and regulations
  • Review and maintain competitive salary structures and career frameworks across the region
  • Strengthen talent pipelines and organizational capability through strategic workforce initiatives
