About The Position

The Vice President of Growth and Systems is responsible for building and scaling Pebl’s modern growth engine across both Sales Led and Product Led motions. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role that combines growth strategy, campaign execution, marketing systems, AI enablement, planning, and operational excellence; not just a Demand Generation role - focus is on revenue. This leader will own the end-to-end campaign execution, including digital and field marketing teams; along growth infrastructure, including marketing operations, data, analytics, funnel optimization, experimentation, forecasting, and systems architecture. They will partner closely with Sales, Product, Finance, and Executive Leadership to ensure that Pebl’s growth engine is predictable, efficient, and scalable. This is a hybrid position based in Palo Alto, California. The expectation is in-office presence three days per week.

Requirements

  • 15 or more years of experience in growth, marketing operations, revenue operations, or related leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated experience leading both Sales Led and Product Led growth motions simultaneously.
  • Proven track record managing multi-million dollar budgets with measurable performance outcomes.
  • Deep experience in planning, budgeting, and revenue forecasting in a SaaS environment.
  • Hands-on experience implementing and optimizing modern growth technology stacks.
  • Experience building and leading high performing cross functional teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset with fluency in metrics such as CAC, LTV, pipeline velocity, and conversion rates.

  • Strong understanding of global expansion, HR technology, or Employer of Record models preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead Pebl’s AI first growth strategy across Sales Led and Product Led funnels aligning marketing, product, and revenue teams around a unified growth vision.
  • Build and optimize a unified funnel from first touch through revenue,retention, and expansion.
  • Own marketing and growth technology ecosystems, including data infrastructure, automation , modeling, analytics platforms, and reporting.
  • Build dashboards and reporting frameworks that enable executive visibility into pipeline, conversion, CAC, LTV, and growth efficiency– ensuring consistent definitions across teams.
  • Manage multi-million dollar marketing and growth budgets with clear accountability for return on investment.
  • Lead annual planning, quarterly budgeting, and revenue forecasting in partnership with Finance and Sales.
  • Design and maintain a clear experimentation framework to drive continuous funnel improvement.
  • Implement and scale modern analytics tools such as Segment, Amplitude, and related platforms.
  • Build executive-level dashboards and reporting frameworks that provide real-time visibility into funnel performance and revenue outcomes.
  • Drive alignment across Marketing, Sales, and Product around shared growth metrics and definitions.
  • Ensure operational rigor while empowering teams to move quickly and execute with confidence.
