This newly established leadership role is tasked with defining and implementing the company's HR technology and operations strategy. The goal is to leverage HR processes and platforms, including Workday, to support strategic growth, achieve operational excellence, and drive AI-powered transformation. This position reports directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer and collaborates with Global Technology, HR Centers of Excellence, HR Business Partners, and other enterprise functions. It is a highly visible, enterprise-level leadership position that will shape the future of HR at TransUnion.
