About The Position

The Vice President and GFH, Biologics is the enterprise leader for the Biologics franchise (marketed and near launch LCM) across strategy, execution, and capability building. The role sets the global vision and translates it into measurable market impact—owning Franchise commercial and R&D strategy, brand P&L stewardship, LCM launches, geographic expansion, global advocacy, Life Cycle Management and AI enabled go to market models. The VP also leads the franchise that its responsible for Clinical, Regulatory and Operations securing Biologics program development and overall scientific value proposition. The VP also influences Medical, Policy & Patient Advocacy, Market Access, and Market Companies and Regions to deliver sustained practice change and superior patient outcomes.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Business, Life Sciences or related field.
  • 18+ years in biopharma commercial roles with sustained global leadership experience; track record of delivering P&L or enterprise level outcomes across multiple regions.
  • Deep Respiratory/immunology experience or adjacent expertise with proven ability to rapidly master respiratory biologics markets.
  • Demonstrated success leading large, complex, cross functional global programs, including launches and lifecycle management in highly competitive categories.
  • Evidence of converting advocacy and guidelines into measurable practice change at scale
  • Proven design and execution of go to market‑ models in priority markets, including USA, Japan, China and International markets; experience with tender/nVBP, IRP, and post‑LoE strategies.
  • Strong command of market access and pricing, regulatory interfaces, and evidence needs to shape TPPs and submissions.
  • Demonstrated excellence in AI enabled commercial execution (NBAs, journey orchestration, field coaching) and data driven measurement.
  • Outstanding executive communication and influence with senior stakeholders, KEEs, and policy bodies; success operating across R&D, Medical, Access, and Operations.
  • People leader with a track record of building high performing, diverse teams and developing successors.

  • Advanced degree (MBA, MSc, or PhD) in life sciences or business.
  • Experience overseeing or actively participating in R&D operations at Global or Asia level.
  • Established global relationships with respiratory experts, professional societies, and advocacy groups.
