About The Position

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Full Stack Engineer to join our AI Hub team. This role is in Lake Mary, Florida. In this role, you’ll make an impact by programming well-designed, testable, efficient code in scalable client-side and server-side architecture. You will analyze, design, and develop tests and test-automation suites. You will develop flowcharts, layouts, and documentation to satisfy requirements and solutions. You will maintain software functionality and currency (technical debt and gain). You will actively participate in code reviews. You will integrate software components into a fully functional software system. You will apply security and privacy principles. You will execute full lifecycle software development. You will facilitate technical discussions and oversee the team's development work. You will foster a culture of learning, innovating, and continuous improvement. You will promote engineering best practices to deliver software via rapid iterations and frequent releases. You will actively participate in daily stand-up meetings and other Agile ceremonies. You will collaborate with other engineering teams to ensure timely delivery across all the systems at the program level.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. - Advanced degree preferred or equivalent working experience required.
  • 5 plus years of full stack technical experience.
  • Strong expertise in Java/Spring Boot/REST development, including microservices and event-driven architecture implementation.
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies: Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript (3 plus Years).
  • Experience in test automation development using Cypress, Selenium or similar.
  • Experience working in AI coding.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies, either Sprint or Kanban.
  • Solid grasp of Git, CI/CD, Agile principles.
  • Strong technical and communication skills required.

Nice To Haves

  • Test-Driven-Development is preferred.
  • Good to have RDBMS.
  • Knowledge and experience in financial services or fintech is preferred.
