WellBiz Brands seeks a high-impact sales leader to capitalize on the company’s momentum and potential. This role requires a proactive, energetic, and commercially-minded leader experienced in franchise sales and portfolio management for multi-brand franchise platforms. The executive will advocate for both the business and the franchisee, focusing on building and growing an integrated franchise sales engine across several brands domestically, internationally, and in non-traditional settings. Working with the CDO, this role will set the direction and strategy of the sales team, aligning lead generation and sales processes to meet and exceed KPIs and ongoing development initiatives for the five franchise brands. This is a team-first, player-coach leadership role, with approximately 70% dedicated to coaching, developing, and activating Franchise Sales Directors, and 30% focused on direct sales activity in international and non-traditional franchise channels.
