Reporting to the CFO and serving as a member of the extended leadership team, the Vice President of FP&A will be a trusted partner to executives across the company and the steward of how we plan, measure, and communicate performance. You will lead the FP&A function end-to-end, including annual and long-range planning, monthly and quarterly forecasting, operational finance, workforce and compensation planning, and the metrics and KPIs that guide decision-making across the business. You will also own the financial narrative for the Board and our investors. You will manage a high-performing team, sharpen our operating cadence, and turn data into clear recommendations that move the company forward. The ideal candidate brings executive presence, a collaborative style, and a bias toward simple, durable systems over one-off analyses. Eligible candidates can work successfully in a remote environment and are familiar with the pace of a hyper-growth tech company. This is a full-time role and is open to candidates in the United States or Canada who have the ability to work ET hours.
