About The Position

This role is in New York, NY – Hybrid. In this role, you’ll make an impact by working with the firm’s largest client relationships and respective coverage teams to progress commercial efforts. You will conduct analyses and develop insights that help support decision-making through delivering concrete outcomes and communicating progress to senior leadership. You will independently own workstreams end-to-end; lead the strategy, design the process, and drive the execution of enterprise-wide initiatives. You will cultivate and leverage a strong network across the BNY enterprise. You will communicate effectively with key business partners and senior stakeholders, developing and delivering both informational and decision-seeking reports, analyses and/or presentations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • 5-8 years of total work experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical, presentation and communication skills with the ability to produce professional output in different formats; strong writing ability and an eye for detail are a must.
  • Ability to grow within the role – develop stronger leadership and influencing skills, recognized collaborator by colleagues and clients.
  • Effective team member with the willingness and eagerness to tackle new challenges and work across numerous workstreams.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure with a track record of delivering against deadlines.
