About The Position

This role is the enterprise leader responsible for shaping how change happens across the organization. As Vice President, Enterprise Change Management, you set the vision, strategy, and standards that enable large-scale transformation to succeed—not just in delivery, but in adoption, value realization, and cultural alignment. This is a highly strategic leadership role with enterprise-wide impact. You will partner directly with leaders across Business Transformation, IT, HR, and other key functions to embed change as a core organizational capability, ensuring that transformation initiatives—from Lead to Cash modernization to operating model shifts in the age of AI — are embraced, sustained, and deliver measurable business outcomes. You are not just leading change programs; you are building the system that makes continuous change possible. This is not a project-level or program-support change role focused solely on communications or training deliverables. It is not reactive or limited to individual initiatives. You are not simply executing change—you are defining how change is governed, scaled, and sustained across the enterprise. This role is not about working in silos; success depends on deep, ongoing partnerships across functions and shared accountability for enterprise outcomes.
