The Job: As a Vice President of eCommerce, Growth & Strategy, you’ll be part of eCommerce team working as a hybrid employee out of Towson, Maryland. You will be driving eCommerce excellence through data-driven strategies, innovative content, and effective search engine optimization (SEO).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field required. Masters degree preferred.
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in eCommerce and Sales, with a focus on growth, strategy, analytics and content optimization.
  • Demonstrated success managing and growing eCommerce business; Amazon experience is preferred.
  • Strategic, growth-minded thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
  • Deep understanding of eCommerce KPIs, digital marketing metrics, and growth levers.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute growth strategies across all eCommerce channels to drive revenue, market share and brand presence.
  • Provide leadership and direction through a team to deliver impact and growth across the eCommerce business.
  • Oversee analytics and insights to inform decision-making, identify opportunities, and address business challenges.
  • Direct content and SEO strategy to maximize organic traffic, conversion rates, and brand engagement.
  • Collaborate and negotiate cross-functionally with Brand, Product,Channel, and senior leaders to ensure alignment with growth objectives and direct the resolution of highly complex business issues.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends including latest eCommerce tools and best practices and apply knowledge to drive performance.
