The VP, Digital Strategy & Growth is responsible for defining and leading Glossier’s enterprise-wide digital growth strategy across owned, earned, and paid digital channels. This leader will shape how digital capabilities, customer experiences, and emerging commerce opportunities drive long-term business growth, customer acquisition, retention, and brand relevance. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), the VP, Digital Strategy & Growth will oversee the strategic direction of Glossier’s digital ecosystem, ensuring alignment between Digital Commerce, Brand Marketing, Technology, Retail, Wholesale, Product Marketing, and Customer Experience. This role serves as the senior-most digital leader responsible for establishing a unified vision across all digital touchpoints, identifying future growth opportunities, and building the capabilities required to support Glossier’s next phase of scale. The ideal candidate combines strong commercial acumen, customer-centric thinking, and digital innovation expertise. They are equally comfortable setting long-term strategic direction, influencing executive stakeholders, and building the organizational capabilities necessary to support sustainable growth in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
