About The Position

The VP of Digital Experiences and Innovation is responsible for redefining how our users interact with our digital products and services, specifically, artificial intelligence and agentic technology. By leading ideation and collaborating with strategic internal and external partners, this role will infuse our products with AI innovation and scale these solutions in a meaningful way across diverse stakeholder groups to create exponential business impact.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive product management and technology leadership experience, navigating both nimble startups and complex large organizations.
  • Proven track record of leading global, multi-product portfolios at significant scale, and effectively driving a multi-million dollar portfolio.
  • Relentless focus on value creation, managing the entire lifecycle of digital product delivery to maximize commercial value, ROI, and business impact.
  • Deep understanding and hands-on experience driving product strategies centered around AI, ML, LLMs, and emerging Agentic technologies.
  • Demonstrated ambition and passion to lead organizational transformation and cultural change. A history of being a strategic, high-energy leader who can navigate ambiguity and drive execution.
  • Strong experience managing and leveraging strategic external tech partners, joint ventures, and internal cross-functional teams to accelerate time-to-market.
  • Excellent judgment, critical thinking, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience in bringing multiple internal and external partner towards envisioning future and art of possible ideations.
  • Adept at scanning market and following where the investments and innovation energy is evolving to bring in the research into the organization.
  • Led large global teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Masters in Computer Science or Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent advanced degree highly preferred or equivalent related experience.
  • Experience building two-sided platforms, enterprise SaaS, or healthcare-focused discovery and engagement tools.
  • Proven ability to set a clear vision, synthesize complex technical concepts for executive stakeholders, make data-driven decisions, and translate strategy into operational reality.

Responsibilities

  • Disrupt Product and Platform Experience: Challenge conventional thinking by designing and launching innovative, scalable product experiences that redefine industry standards and user expectations. Leverage external market insight to shape differentiated, future-forward digital experiences that anticipate evolving consumer expectations and position the organization ahead of industry change.
  • Drive AI & Agentic Innovation: Lead collaborating on the strategy and execution of embedding AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Agentic technologies into our digital portfolio to solve meaningful consumer and business problems.
  • Lead Ideation & Strategic Partnerships: Champion collaborative innovation by partnering with key internal stakeholders and strategic external partners. Foster a culture where new ideas are rapidly prototyped, validated, and transitioned into core offerings. Ability to drive cross functional group ideations and hackathons will be critical. Translate insights from new market entrants, venture-backed startups, and adjacent industry innovators into differentiated product and platform experiences that challenge the status quo.
  • Scale Across Stakeholder Groups: Navigate complex organizational structures to scale multi-product portfolios. Ensure that digital innovations deliver quantifiable value across different user segments, clinical operations, and business lanes.
  • Team Leadership & Culture Change: Build and lead high-performing, global product and engineering teams. Set a clear vision, drive cross-functional collaboration, and cultivate a culture of excellence, agility, and continuous learning.
  • Deliver Exponential Business Impact: Manage the entire lifecycle of digital product delivery with a focus on growth driven through delightful experiences. Define quantifiable metrics to track success, aiming to significantly multiply product growth and ROI.
  • Build External Innovation Networks: Assess how leading digital-native companies and high-growth startups are designing intuitive, personalized, and frictionless experiences, and apply relevant learnings internally. Cultivate relationships with startups, venture communities, strategic partners, and innovation forums to stay ahead of shifts in technology and customer behavior.
