The Vice President of Digital Experiences is a senior technology leader responsible for shaping the strategic direction, design, and delivery of innovative digital systems and platforms that elevate both the customer and employee experience across Comcast Business. As a key member of the Enterprise Technology senior leadership team, this role drives large-scale transformation, enabling seamless digital interactions, reducing operating costs, and supporting critical business operations through modern software and digital solutions. This executive will lead multidisciplinary development teams, partner with senior business leaders, and engage with key vendors to deliver cutting-edge digital experiences that differentiate Comcast Business in the marketplace. Success requires vision, technical expertise, and the ability to influence at the highest levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the digital experience strategy that aligns with overall business objectives and positions Comcast Business as a leader in customer-centric digital innovation.
  • Digital Experience Delivery: Oversee the design, engineering, and implementation of enterprise-grade digital systems, web platforms, and mobile solutions that drive frictionless, intuitive interactions for customers and employees.
  • Innovation & Emerging Technology: Evaluate and integrate new technologies and digital capabilities, setting enterprise-wide standards and best practices for software engineering, agile delivery, and customer experience design.
  • Operational Excellence: Create and drive programs to improve development productivity, streamline delivery cycles, and enhance software quality, while maintaining cost efficiency.
  • Executive Engagement: Provide regular briefings to corporate executives on strategy, progress, and outcomes. Advocate for resources, negotiate priorities, and ensure alignment between technology and business goals.
  • Talent & Culture: Inspire, develop, and lead high-performing teams of directors, senior managers, and engineers. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Vendor & Partner Management: Manage strategic vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure delivery of best-in-class solutions.
  • Governance & Standards: Establish performance benchmarks and service-level standards for digital platforms across the enterprise. Ensure compliance with corporate, security, and regulatory requirements.
