The Vice President will define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Broadridge’s digital adoption and preference-management solutions. The role will connect capabilities across InFocus, preference management, digital delivery, secure document access, client and investor portals, and related Broadridge products. The successful candidate will be a market-oriented product leader who can connect recipient needs, client priorities, regulatory requirements, Broadridge capabilities, and commercial opportunities. This individual must be able to lead complex initiatives across multiple products and organizations through collaboration and influence.

Requirements

• Minimum of eight years of experience in product management, digital adoption, preference management, digital communications, financial services, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience managing digital products from strategy and product definition through commercialization, implementation, adoption, and optimization.
• Experience developing product roadmaps, solution packages, pricing approaches, business cases, and go-to-market plans.
• Knowledge of digital communications, electronic delivery, preference and consent management, secure document access, portals, or regulated communications.
• Ability to translate regulatory, client, operational, and technology requirements into understandable and commercially viable products.
• Experience working across product, technology, design, data, operations, regulatory, legal, risk, sales, marketing, finance, and implementation teams.
• Understanding of digital channels, including email, secure web experiences, mobile, push notifications, and text messaging.
• Experience developing client-readiness assessments, adoption programs, implementation approaches, and sales-enablement materials.
• Strong financial and commercial orientation, including experience measuring revenue, adoption, cost savings, and product performance.
• Strong executive communication, presentation, relationship-management, and influencing skills.
• Ability to simplify complex topics and communicate a compelling product and client-value narrative.
• Client-focused, collaborative, accountable, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision, strategy, and multiyear roadmap for digital adoption and preference management.
• Develop solutions that connect recipient preferences, contact information, digital communications, document access, paper fulfillment, and performance measurement.
• Lead product strategy for capturing, maintaining, and applying communication preferences across accounts, document types, delivery channels, and authorized service interactions.
• Establish solutions that allow recipients to opt in or out of eligible digital communications, request paper, update contact information, and select preferred delivery channels.
• Identify opportunities to increase digital adoption while protecting recipient choice and meeting applicable regulatory requirements.
• Develop digital communication solutions spanning email, secure web experiences, mobile, push notifications, text messaging, and future digital channels.
• Define solutions that provide secure, reliable, and accessible experiences for viewing, retaining, downloading, and printing current and historical documents.
• Manage e-Default as a strategic solution within the broader digital adoption and preference-management portfolio.
• Translate regulatory developments, client needs, recipient expectations, and market trends into product requirements and commercial opportunities.
• Define target client segments, solution packages, value propositions, pricing approaches, implementation requirements, and adoption pathways.
• Develop business cases that quantify digital conversion, print and postage savings, client value, revenue opportunities, and required investment.
• Lead go-to-market planning with sales, marketing, finance, account management, implementation, operations, and client service.
• Create sales presentations, demonstrations, solution briefs, readiness assessments, financial calculators, implementation playbooks, and client-enablement materials.
• Help clients assess their current preferences, electronic-address availability, communication processes, document-access experiences, and readiness for digital adoption.
• Develop phased adoption strategies based on eligible populations, communication types, client priorities, and operational readiness.
• Partner with product, technology, design, data, operations, regulatory, legal, risk, and compliance teams to coordinate solution delivery.
• Ensure client and market commitments remain aligned with product, technology, implementation, and operational readiness.
• Incorporate client feedback, recipient research, behavioral data, and communication performance into product decisions.
• Establish measures for product adoption, digital conversion, engagement, client satisfaction, cost savings, revenue, and operational performance.
• Provide regular reporting on product strategy, roadmap progress, adoption, financial performance, dependencies, and risks.
• Identify opportunities to expand client relationships through additional digital channels, preference services, document experiences, and engagement solutions.
