Morrison Child and Family Services is seeking a relationship-centered and hands-on fundraising leader to serve as its next Vice President of Development. The position is with a well-respected organization with over 75 years of service, a compelling mission, a strong brand presence, and an established base. The Vice President will build upon the existing major-gifts program and successful annual event to expand the donor community, clarify the case for support, create infrastructure for sustainable growth, and secure significant philanthropic support. This is a visible, community-facing executive position for someone who enjoys setting strategy and is energized by meeting donors, making asks, coaching staff, strengthening a pipeline, and turning plans into results. Previous Vice President experience is not required; this role is suitable for an accomplished Development Director, senior major-gifts fundraiser, or a seasoned development professional ready for greater responsibility and executive influence.
