Morrison Child and Family Services is seeking a relationship-centered and hands-on fundraising leader to serve as its next Vice President of Development. This role involves more than maintaining an existing development program; it requires working directly with the CEO, Board of Directors, organizational leaders, and supporters to build relationships, strategy, systems, and team capacity to grow annual philanthropic revenue from approximately $1 million to $2 million or more over the next three to five years. The position offers the opportunity to build upon Morrison's major-gifts program and annual event to expand its donor community, clarify its case for support, create infrastructure for sustainable growth, and secure significant additional philanthropic support. This is a visible, community-facing executive position for someone who enjoys setting strategy and is energized by meeting donors, making asks, coaching staff, strengthening a pipeline, and executing plans. Previous Vice President title experience is not required; this role is suitable for an accomplished Development Director, senior major-gifts fundraiser, or a seasoned development professional ready for greater responsibility and executive influence.
