The Vice President Customer Experience (CX) is responsible for leading the global Customer Experience (CX) and CRM strategy. This role focuses on improving CX speed, quality, ease, and productivity by leading a team dedicated to transforming Customer Contact Management and CRM processes. The leader and team will work end-to-end to achieve best-in-class value chain performance, optimizing support across Generac’s global organization through improvements in talent, processes, and business technologies. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are crucial, as cross-functional partnership with all core functions is essential for success. This is an on-site role.
