About The Position

We are seeking an accomplished and forward-thinking Vice President, Corporate Finance to provide strategic financial leadership across the organization. This highly visible executive role will partner closely with the CEO, CFO, senior leadership, Operations, and cross-functional teams to drive financial performance, operational discipline, planning, forecasting, and informed decision-making. As Vice President, Corporate Finance, you will lead critical corporate finance capabilities—including FP&A, budgeting and forecasting, management reporting, financial analytics, payroll and timekeeping oversight, financial controls, and finance transformation. This is an opportunity for a finance leader who can see beyond the numbers, challenge assumptions, develop high-performing teams, and translate complex financial information into strategies that move the business forward.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 12+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
  • Significant leadership experience across Corporate Finance and FP&A
  • Proven success leading enterprise budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis
  • Experience overseeing payroll and/or timekeeping functions within a complex organization
  • Strong understanding of labor economics, workforce analytics, productivity, and payroll-related financial impacts
  • Exceptional financial modeling, analytical, and strategic decision-making capabilities
  • Experience partnering directly with senior executives and operational leaders
  • Demonstrated success leading finance transformation, process improvement, automation, and technology initiatives
  • Strong executive communication, influence, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to build and develop high-performing teams

Responsibilities

  • Lead Enterprise Financial Strategy: Serve as a trusted financial advisor to executive leadership while translating business strategy into actionable financial plans, forecasts, KPIs, and performance objectives.
  • Partner with operational and business leaders to evaluate performance, uncover opportunities, anticipate risk, and strengthen financial accountability across the organization.
  • Elevate FP&A: Own and advance enterprise-level budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, financial modeling, and scenario analysis.
  • Provide executive-level insights across critical measures including: Revenue and profitability, Labor costs and workforce productivity, Operational performance, Cost management, Financial and operational KPIs, Business trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Transform Reporting & Analytics: Lead the evolution of management reporting and financial analytics by creating dashboards, reporting tools, and performance measures that give leaders greater visibility into the business.
  • Champion the use of data, technology, automation, and analytics to make financial information faster, clearer, and more actionable.
  • Provide Executive Oversight of Payroll & Timekeeping: Provide strategic oversight of payroll and timekeeping/timeclock operations, ensuring processes are accurate, timely, compliant, controlled, and aligned with business needs.
  • Partner across Human Resources, Operations, Legal, IT, Finance, and external providers to strengthen governance, systems integration, reporting, reconciliation, and issue resolution.
  • Use payroll, labor, and workforce data to identify trends and provide meaningful financial insights to leadership.
  • Drive Finance Transformation: Challenge the status quo. Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, standardize, and improve corporate finance processes while strengthening financial controls, governance, and accountability.
  • Lead technology-enabled finance initiatives and collaborate with Internal Audit, external auditors, and key stakeholders to build scalable, sustainable financial practices.
  • Be a Strategic Business Partner: Build strong relationships across the enterprise and serve as a credible, influential financial advisor.
  • Partner with leaders to: Challenge assumptions. Evaluate opportunities. Model scenarios. Manage risk. Improve performance. Make better decisions.
