About The Position
The Vice President, Corporate Actions Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing the Corporate Actions & Tax operations at BNY. This management position is integral to ensuring the seamless execution of corporate actions, aligning with BNY's strategic pillars of operational excellence and client focus. The Vice President will lead a team dedicated to maintaining high standards and achieving operational efficiency within the Corporate Actions & Tax function.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field or the equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
- Typically 4-7 years of experience.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
