The position owns the overall financial performance of the Consumer division, including the development of financial forecasts, budgets, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that align with corporate growth objectives. This includes developing and executing cost-effective strategies that optimize business operations, resource allocation, and investment in key areas of growth. The role also involves leading, mentoring, and inspiring cross-functional teams to execute the division's strategic initiatives, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
