RCLCO seeks a qualified Vice President for our Compensation Consulting team, with a strong preference for someone based in Washington, DC. This role will lead and execute on consulting engagements alongside the Managing Director and serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite leadership, Board of Directors, and Human Resources on all matters related to compensation strategy. The ideal candidate for this position has demonstrated knowledge of the commercial real estate industry, including typical functions and roles, capitalization, asset classes, and GP/LP structures. The individual has strong judgement and problem-solving skills, operates with a sense of urgency, is comfortable working in an entrepreneurial, high growth environment, is a savvy communicator and presenter, and can advance project work autonomously. The role will include a range of tasks, and may look different day-to-day, though can be highlighted generally as shown below.
