About The Position

An experienced, trusted adviser to Kantar’s clients and people with inherent understanding of brand research and its purpose within a broader ecosystem. Is responsible for revenue targets that will build to a team’s book of business. Will actively contribute to building Kantar’s network of brand experts who deliver quality data and insights to their clients. Will support key responsibilities and initiatives across the BP group (resourcing, proposals, training, hiring).

Requirements

  • Inherent understanding of brand research and its purpose within a broader ecosystem.
  • Experience in managing revenue targets and building a team’s book of business.
  • Experience in building Kantar’s network of brand experts who deliver quality data and insights to their clients.
  • Experience supporting key responsibilities and initiatives across the BP group (resourcing, proposals, training, hiring).
  • Commercial Accountability for profitable delivery of Brand Performance work for ~5-7M revenue.
  • Experience leading Brand Performance new business opportunities to maintain and grow book of business.
  • Experience ensuring Purposeful Collaboration across solutions and strategic clients.
  • Experience leading mid-size to large, complex accounts; both overseeing accounts and involved in day to day of projects (for largest, most strategic, complex, high demand accounts)
  • Experience acting as escalation point on designated accounts and accounts within downline for issues/escalations that arise, through to resolution
  • Experience providing guidance to team and contributing to expertise, thought leadership, design, storytelling, and client management of accounts.
  • Experience consulting on research design (survey, sample, specs, deliverables)
  • Experience delivering on client servicing values and driving client satisfaction throughout the team
  • Accountable for profitability of accounts
  • Ability to own or develop relationships with clients
  • Experience serving as an escalation lever on accounts within portfolio (for downline) as needed
  • Experience managing 2-3 direct reports.
  • Accountable for managing their down-line to best meet utilization targets and Brand Performance goals.
  • Experience providing active feedback to account teams and downline and coaching to address performance gaps.
  • Experience contributing to strategic priorities (Blueprint, +1/cross-sell strategy, SPARK), managing Brand Performance training needs (with other leads).
  • Responsible for employee engagement and contributes to building Brand Performance team culture

Responsibilities

  • Leads Brand Performance new business opportunities to maintain and grow book of business.
  • Ensures Purposeful Collaboration across solutions and strategic clients.
