We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Cliet Service Manager to join our Global Collateral team. This role is located in New York or Lake Mary.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
7-10 years of total work experience preferred in Global Collateral Management.
Experience in an operational area and/or client services using the AccessEdge and Nexen systems.

Responsibilities

Work with external clients to resolve the most complex day-to-day issues related to Global Collateral Management and direct them to appropriate resources at BNY.
Engage with other team members across the division in providing support to clients on addressing and resolving complex operational and technical issues and ensuring requests are executed.
Applies advanced problem- solving skills, judgement, and extensive experience to analyze information.
Use communication skills to deliver high quality service to Global Collateral clients.
Provides key individuals at assigned clients information related to BNY products and services.
