Vice President, Client Processing
About The Position
We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Client Processing to join our Transaction Processing team. This role is located in the Houston, Texas. In this role, you'll make an impact by leading and managing a team responsible for client processing operations, ensuring adherence to service standards and regulatory requirements by demonstrating strong leadership and organizational skills. You will develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, leveraging data-driven insights and innovative solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex client issues, utilizing expertise in transaction processing to provide effective solutions. You will also monitor and assess the performance of transaction processing activities, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and client expectations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field required.
- Typically 5-8 years of experience in transaction processing or related field within financial services.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.

- Advanced degree or professional certifications in finance or business administration preferred.
