About The Position

BNY is seeking a Vice President, Client Processing to join its Loans Enablement Operations team in Houston, Texas. This senior operations role focuses on ensuring client transactions are processed accurately, on time, and with minimal risk. The position leads transaction execution, works across teams to improve workflows, serves as a subject matter expert who supports junior team members, and uses processing metrics to guide improvements and enhance the client experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a combination of work experience.
• Typically 7–12 years of experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to manage complex transaction processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with clients and internal teams.

• Advanced degree or relevant certifications, such as CFA or CPA.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of client transactions using advanced transaction-processing knowledge, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize transaction workflows, improve efficiency, and reduce operational risks.
• Serve as a client-processing subject matter expert and provide guidance and training to junior team members.
• Monitor and analyze transaction-processing metrics, identify trends, and implement improvements to enhance the client experience.
