About The Position

GovCIO is looking for a Vice President, Civilian Programs that is positioned to help lead our civilian business. This position is fully remote. As GovCIO continues its growth and expansion, we are looking for an executive with experience in civilian program and portfolio management. This position is located at our corporate office in Fairfax, VA and is a remote position that requires attendance at bi-weekly meetings.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in program operations and a Bachelors (or commensurate experience)
• 10+ years managing large government contracts.
• 10+ years managing employees in a matrixed IT environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain successful relationships with prospective and existing clients within Health and Civilian organizations.
• Oversee daily business functions, transforming high-level strategy into efficient processes to boost productivity, profitability, and goal achievement by leading teams, managing budgets, optimizing supply chains, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement in production, logistics, and service delivery
