The Vice President, Care & Support leads the national strategy, design, and delivery of the Alzheimer’s Association’s comprehensive portfolio of care and support programs serving individuals living with dementia, caregivers, and the broader public across in-person, virtual, and digital platforms. This role is responsible for advancing a scalable, person-centered care ecosystem that spans the full disease journey and integrates seamlessly with healthcare systems, community organizations, and public health initiatives to improve access, quality, and outcomes nationwide. The Vice President provides executive oversight of the Association’s 24/7 Contact Center and enterprise-wide dementia care navigation services, ensuring consistent, high-quality, and accessible support for individuals and families across all channels. This position oversees the implementation of randomized control trials on Association core programs in an effort to illustrate their evidence base. In addition, the Vice President serves as a national thought leader and subject matter expert, guiding the development of programs, resources, and content, and representing the Association with media, donors, and key stakeholders. This position plays a critical external leadership role, representing the Association in partnerships with governmental agencies, national organizations, and cross-sector collaboratives, and advancing the Association’s leadership through presentations, convenings, and national forums.
