Brightline is redefining pediatric behavioral health care and is seeking an operational architect to bring this vision to scale. As the VP, Care Enablement & Operations, you will be responsible for building the systems, people, and processes necessary to make care accessible to Brightline families nationwide. This role involves close collaboration with market leaders, clinical care leadership, analytics, finance, and product and technology teams to identify operational challenges, define requirements, test and launch new workflows and tools, and ensure successful adoption through training and change management. A key aspect of this role is building and maturing centralized clinical operations functions to support a multi-market footprint. The ideal candidate is an influential leader and builder who thrives in ambiguous environments, builds trust through collaboration, and brings clarity to complex situations. This position is crucial for Brightline's growth phase, focusing on building the infrastructure to reach 10x the families in 10x the markets while maintaining exceptional care quality. The role addresses significant challenges such as coordinating clinical capacity across various modalities and licensure types, linking operational decisions to unit economics, designing repeatable high-quality care workflows, and developing workforce infrastructure to support growth without provider burnout. This is a strategic role for an operator who excels at the intersection of clinical, operational, and product strategy, translating vision into durable, scalable, and measurable execution.
