The VP of Business Transitions will lead a team focused on effectively transitioning new advisors and establishing their practice at LPL Financial. The VP will be accountable for the asset ramp and economics associated with the transition, client experience, technology adoption, and client productivity of new advisors in their territory. This includes optimizing resource allocation in order to maximize results. The VP will work closely with the Business Development sales managers to prioritize, design and deliver the best transition experience possible. They will collaborate across the firm to ensure all stakeholders are aligned and effectively lead the advisor through their transition and assimilation. The VP will be responsible for the ideation and execution of projects and initiatives to help evolve the overall transition and assimilation program. Success in role is measured on four key metrics: asset ramp, not in good order (NIGO) rate, technology adoption score and overall transition satisfaction score. Functional responsibilities of the team include transition and relationship management, product mapping, repapering, technology and system training and adoption, and compliant office set-up.
