Avenue5 is a fast-growing, industry-leading multifamily property management company, and we are in search of a vice president, business development in Denver to join our dynamic team of Fivers! This role plays a key role in Avenue5’s expansion and partners with top-tier institutional and private investors. The vice president, new business is responsible for researching, sourcing, and building authentic relationships with strategic partners and clients to procure management agreements and help the company grow its book of business. This role creates a repeatable and scalable process to identify and analyze new opportunities through asset acquisition, lease-up contracts, and management change opportunities as well as grow current partnerships for a strategic fit against current and future business goals. The vice president of client strategy is responsible for managing all processes leading up to finalizing partnerships including prospecting, initial contact, deal analysis, full underwriting, physical asset evaluation, broker, and client collaboration, creating and formalizing pitch presentations, and assisting local operators and internal support teams in finalizing the property integration.
