We are seeking an experienced entertainment attorney to join our team as Vice President, Television Business & Legal Affairs. This role will be responsible for development and series-related agreements in connection with scripted and unscripted television programming, including, but not limited to, writer, director, producer, and actor agreements. The Vice President, Television Business & Legal Affairs will independently guide television series projects from development through delivery, including advising on production legal, guild, and clearance matters, while also providing business and legal support across the broader Wonder Project studio. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise negotiating and drafting complex television deals, strong relationships within the entertainment and talent community, and the ability to work proactively and independently in a fast-paced environment. This role will partner closely with creative, production, marketing, finance, HR, contract administration, and other internal teams across the studio.
