About The Position

As the leader of a Fidelity branch team, you will have the resources to succeed by educating the local market, driving national initiatives, and growing local business through in-branch customer meetings, informative seminars, lead utilization, and client appreciation. You will drive branch performance through talent development, operational excellence, and strategic leadership by recruiting, mentoring, and coaching associates to strengthen team capabilities and foster a high-performing culture. You will manage branch infrastructure, including lobby and operational technology, back-office processing, and quality assurance. Serving as the branch's general manager, you will build and execute strategies that support associate development, business growth, and exceptional client experiences. Your leadership and decisions will directly influence branch success, market growth, and profitability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred
  • 5+ years in financial sales role
  • 3+ years of financial services management is helpful
  • Active Series 9/10, 7, and 66 licenses required
  • CFP highly preferred
  • All-encompassing brokerage and mutual fund knowledge and expertise in financial planning
  • Contagious enthusiasm for hiring, mentoring, and developing new branch associates
  • Inspired by passion for working collaboratively, improving productivity, and implementing ideas
  • Ability to coordinate and support cross-company partnerships and regional corporate relationships that lead to business opportunities
