About The Position

The New York Times is seeking a Vice President, Associate General Counsel. Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the bar in good standing.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of relevant legal experience.
  • Experience with contract drafting and negotiation.
  • Familiarity with media law, intellectual property, or corporate law is a plus.

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures.
