The Vice President, Asset Management is a pivotal leadership role at EFF, advancing our mission to ensure that every high-impact charter school serving historically marginalized communities has a clear pathway to affordable, sustainable financing. Reporting to the Principal, Asset Management, the Vice President will serve as a senior steward of EFF's lending portfolio — bringing rigor, strategic insight, and deep sector expertise to all dimensions of portfolio and loan monitoring. The Vice President will own the full lifecycle of portfolio oversight: tracking school performance, monitoring covenant compliance, and producing high-quality internal and external reporting materials. They will serve as EFF's lead relationship manager with rating agencies and will play a central role in maintaining EFF's portfolio report to the bond market — translating complex data into compelling, investor-ready narratives. Beyond core portfolio responsibilities, the Vice President will contribute to high-priority special projects and serve as a thought leader across all aspects of charter school lending and investing. This is a role for a leader who thrives at the intersection of financial rigor and mission impact — someone with the technical depth to manage a complex portfolio and the judgment to navigate mission-driven capital deployment.
