As the Vice President of Wholesale for the Americas, you will set the strategic vision and lead all aspects of Vans’ regional wholesale business to accelerate growth, deepen marketplace partnerships, and deliver sustainable profitability. You will provide inspirational, future‑focused leadership to the Wholesale Sales organization—driving product sell‑in, optimizing distribution, and ensuring brand and channel integrity across all wholesale accounts. You will define and execute a forward‑looking strategy to expand Vans’ presence within the digital marketplace ecosystem, strengthening connections with consumers and enhancing account performance through data‑driven, omnichannel growth. In this role, you are accountable for commercial results, P&L performance, and the successful execution of key strategic initiatives. You bring a proven track record of leading high‑performing teams, scaling complex businesses, and developing data‑driven sales strategies that reflect the evolving retail landscape. You will champion cross‑functional collaboration, elevate operational excellence, and cultivate a culture of agility and performance.
