The ViaCheck Specialist will support a variety of tasks by providing administrative and clerical assistance to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of ViaCheck and help the team achieve its goals.

Requirements

  • Have a positive predisposition and attitude towards clients and co-workers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proficient mathematical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • High School Diploma
  • English medium-high professional

Responsibilities

  • Perform risk analysis for ViaCheck transactions (electronic check processing service).
  • Monitor and follow up on transactions on hold, ensuring timely collection and review of required documentation.
  • Analyze data related to “Top Makers” and identify trends or potential risks.
  • Request and apply bank adjustments as needed.
  • Post returned items to agents’ balances and GP (accounting system).
  • Review and analyze agents’ statements to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
  • Generate and analyze operational reports to support decision-making.
  • Review voided checks and specific returned items to ensure proper handling and compliance.
  • Manage and follow up on Salesforce tickets related to ViaCheck operations.
  • Support Business Development Executives (BDEs) and agents by addressing inquiries and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of trade agreements with agents and BDEs.
  • Provide product training and guidance to agents and BDEs on ViaCheck services.
  • Monitor agent activity and follow up with new or existing agents with low or no production.
  • Prepare application packages for agents’ bank accounts.
  • Provide operational support as needed to ensure smooth day-to-day processes.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain forms and documentation in compliance with company standards.
  • Analyze processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the ViaCheck Supervisor or Director.
