This is a 2nd Shift position. The associate has to assemble all configurations of VG pumps within the assigned product line(s) utilizing both purchased and manufactured components per customer specifications. Assemble assigned product per specification utilizing designated tools, gauges, assembly line, etc. to ensure quality of product. Assembler is required to hand fit parts as well as perform quality checks Cross train on various product lines as needed including Point of Use Provider Must use inspection equipment and gauges where required Complete and maintain records/paperwork as required. May be required to tear down and reassemble completed units Daily communication with team and shift handover required. Associate must be able to collect and interpret data to support production and problem solving

Requirements

EXCELLENT ATTENDANCE REQUIRED
Basic knowledge in SAP
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Experience utilizing hand tools of various types required

Responsibilities

Assemble all configurations of VG pumps within the assigned product line(s) utilizing both purchased and manufactured components per customer specifications.
Assemble assigned product per specification utilizing designated tools, gauges, assembly line, etc. to ensure quality of product.
Hand fit parts and perform quality checks.
Cross train on various product lines as needed including Point of Use Provider.
