POSITION SUMMARY: The VFX Producer is the point of contact for clients and will work closely with VFX department heads to ensure that each project runs smoothly. The VFX Producer manages projects from the initial award and pre-production phase through VFX execution, conform, color, and delivery. The VFX Producer also focuses on building solid relationships by managing client expectations and meeting creative/technical standards.
Requirements
- Previous working VFX/Post-Production experience
- Superior written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven planning and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and responsibilities to meet deadlines and stay within budget under minimal supervision

Responsibilities
- Manages multiples VFX projects simultaneously
- Produces projects within approved budget and deadline
- Works closely with Directors, CG Supervisors, VFX Supervisors to accurately assess direction, budget, and scheduling
- Leads and motivates VFX teams through each stage of project
- Maintains constant contact with clients, while developing and maintaining client relationships
- Maintains production schedule, staffing needs, and resource allocation
- Maintains communication with department heads, artists, management, and staff
- Employs appropriate creative and technical judgment to resolve any project issues
