About The Position

The Vetting Attorney will determine the viability of potential cases, converse with clients to address concerns and case progression, and sell the Firm's strengths and capabilities while managing expectations and convincing potential clients to sign.

Requirements

• Fully in Office Position
• Bilingual Spanish and English
• Minimum 1 year in field
• Strong knowledge of Employment Law
• Licensed Attorney in the State of California
• Strong sales skills with demonstrated ability to close
• Ability to be persuasive and a good listener
• Strong Familiarity with Pre Litigation and Litigation Processes
