About The Position

Countryside Veterinary Clinic is hiring a Veterinary Technician. This is a full-time role for a Licensed or Certified Veterinary Technician who brings experience, creativity, and a passion for teamwork. Requirements

  • Current Veterinary Technician certification or licensure preferred
  • Experience with anesthesia monitoring and surgical assistance
  • Strong laboratory and radiology skills
  • Proficiency with blood collection and catheter placement

Responsibilities

  • Perform laboratory testing and assist with diagnostic procedures
  • Obtain and process radiographs
  • Assist veterinarians during exams, treatments, and procedures
  • Monitor anesthesia and support surgical procedures
  • Perform blood draws and place intravenous catheters
  • Provide nursing care and monitor hospitalized patients
  • Educate clients on treatment plans, medications, and preventive care
  • Maintain accurate medical records and support hospital workflow
  • Collaborate with teammates to provide exceptional patient care
