About The Position

We're looking for an experienced RVT who is ready to take a leadership role in our surgery department while remaining an active, hands-on member of our medical team. As Surgery Lead/Supervisor, you'll help set the standard for surgical patient care, maintain consistency in our surgical protocols and workflows, and provide ongoing training and mentorship to the surgery team. You'll work closely with our DVM team and hospital leadership to keep medical standards, communication, and team expectations aligned. This is a hands-on leadership role within a collaborative, team-based hospital. You’ll spend a significant amount of time in surgery, working alongside and developing your team, but your responsibilities won’t stop at the surgery doors. As a smaller hospital, we all contribute across the practice—whether that means running rooms, supporting another department, or stepping in wherever the team needs you. Surgical responsibilities will vary with hospital needs, and some shifts may be spent entirely outside of surgery.
