Simsbury Veterinary Hospital is hiring an experienced or licensed Veterinary Technician. This full-time role offers negotiable salary based on experience and a Monday through Friday schedule with a minimum of 30 hours. - Previous experience as a Veterinary Technician

Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and IV catheter placement
- Assist with surgical procedures (prep, monitoring, recovery); dental experience a plus
- Administer and dispense medications accurately
- Obtain patient histories and maintain detailed medical records
- Support preventative care and client education
- Perform pharmacology calculations and assist with treatment plans
